The CAC is a primarily grant funded organization that relies on fundraisers and donations to make ends meet and to be able to begin new programs and activities. In order to make our fundraisers possible, we rely on volunteers to help sell tickets, run booths, and do other assorted jobs. If you are interested in volunteering with the Child Advocacy Center, click the link below!
The CAC is happy to be able to provide the Stewards of Children, Recognizing and Reporting, and PANDA (Prevent Abuse and Neglect through Dental Awareness) classes to community groups free of charge. Contact us at (704) 736-1155 to set up your educational night.
Some of our best fundraising ideas come from volunteers. Schools, church groups, and other clubs and groups can choose to raise funds or collect donations in many ways in order to support the CAC. Get creative!
If you don't have time to volunteer or don't have a group with which to develop your own fundraiser, a monetary donation is always a great option! We accept checks, cash, and paypal (link below) and appreciate anything you can give. Every little bit helps!
The CAC is always in need of drinks and snacks for clients and their families, paper products for general use, and gently used stuffed animals. Each child that visits the center goes home with his or her very own stuffed animal, so we go through a lot of them!
Visit our Network for the Good donation page as another avenue to make monetary donations electronically.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and continue to serve the young victims of abuse and neglect in Lincoln County.
